Tractor sign Brazilian defender Carlos Alexandre Cardoso. He previously played for Neftchi in Azerbaijan. He has experience of playing in Liga I (Romania), Russian Premier League, Brazil Serie A and Portuguese Segunda Liga. He should be a good signing.
