اگر بازیکنی در هشت بازی تیمش در لیگ چهاردهم در لیست 18 نفره قرار گرفته باشد، برای فصل جدید سهمیه لیگ برتری محسوب می شود.

بمصطفی شهبازی مسئول کمیته نقل و انتقالات سازمان لیگ، در مصاحبه ای در خصوص شرایط بازیکنانی که برای فصل نقل و انتقالات سهمیه لیگ برتری محسوب می شوند، توضیحاتی داده است.

طبق اعلام مصطفی شهبازی، هر بازیکنی که در 7 بازی یا کمتر در لیست 18 نفره یک تیم لیگ برتری بوده، برای فصل آینده سهمیه لیگ برتری به حساب نمی آید اما اگر بازیکنی در هشت بازی در لیست 18 نفره قرار گرفته باشد، سهمیه لیگ برتری محسوب می شود.

همچنین اگر بازیکنی نیم فصل بازی کند و سپس راهی تیمی غیر از لیگ برتر شود و یا بازیکنی نیم فصل بازی کند و سپس به هر دلیلی نیم فصل دوم را خانه نشین شود هم سهمیه لیگ برتری به حساب نمی آید.

An unmistakeably dumb move if true. That's why I wouldn't put alot of faith in that news cause Mansourian is THE SHREWDEST man in our football, bar none. He'd be obliterated in SS under normal condition let alone now that the club is broke with ZERO financial prospects for privatization and heavy IR emphasis to slowly suffocate these two clubs under pressure to depopularize.
