Ansarifard was better than all of these players (when he was their age) in the IPL.
We have seen this far too often, where players shine in our league, but can't quite pull the same performances in ACL or TM.
I am not saying that these guys won't amount to anything (i would love if all of them did), all I am saying is we don't have the patience to let them fail once in a while.
Ansarifard had one game against Qatar in Doha (first round of qualifying, not the last round) where he missed 2 good chances, and the kid was absolutely roasted. Keep in mind this was about 3 or 4 years ago. So a 21 or 22 year old KA was thrown under the bus for a few missed chances.
Or how about calling him "BIGHEYRAT", in a match in his own god damn country against Maldives of all teams, because he stayed in Saipa for 1 more year? Again, he was still 21 or 22 at the time.
What do you think that does to a players confidence?
Don't forget this kid scored 20+ goals 2 seasons in a row. Much more than anything Sharifi, Rezaei, Taremi, or Hassanzadeh have done.
Most likely we will grill these youngsters the same way we did Ansarifard, after a few failed attempts. Which is extremely sad.

Ansarifard aside for a moment, look at Gucci - the guy who qualified us with 3 important goals and also was our only goal scorer in WC. Few bad performances and people were seriously asking for him to be replaced. Everyone is on Azmoun's ass currently, but wait for him to have one or two bad matches...

As you said, it's always the same. We demand new "blood", but are not willing to give them time and be patient. Some don’t even follow IPL and when a player they never heard of gets invited, they still immediately judge him after 1-2 matches.

Exactly, people need to respect Reza. This guy saved our country so many times...

Exactly. Funnily enough, the same people who bash our vatani coaches (Derakhshan, Ghalenoi) have the EXACT same attitude as them. Makes me laugh
