The title of the Farsi article is pretty retarded. Nothing has been "cancelled" because the venue for the game was never confirmed.

They've been trying to find a suitable venue for the past couple of weeks, so nothing new here. Chile obviously has to be okay with travelling to whatever country, so it will take some back and forth I'm sure.

The game is on the FIFA calendar, so both federations have confirmed the game - venue TBA.
