Those in Mashhad and Ahvaz are both decent and I'd even say perfect for clubs like FC Mashhad , Padideh, Foolad... PP, SS , Sepahan and Trakhtor deserve bigger and prettier stadiums though but it's not going to happen anytime soon

PP and SS already use the biggest stadium in Iran. Sepahan are getting the second biggest stadium in Iran. Tractor need a better stadium.

Tractor's stadium is huge and has had many renovations over the years. They are getting a brand new pitch installed right now as well from a German company.

PP and SS needs their own football only stadium IMO but as I said it's not going to happen anytime soon. Tractor's stadium only needs renovation but Sepahan's stadium isn't even finished and it already looks 40 years old! Not to mention it has no roof and fans won't be able to use the 2nd floor (which means no more than 45k capacity)

Well, as for pp and ss and their own stadium, even AC Milan and Inter share San Siro which doesn't really belong to them. I don't see a problem with that. It's worked well. San Siro is football only though.

I'm not sure about the exact number (it goes from 45k to 55k depending on the source) , but they already announced that they don't want to make 2nd floor usable and won't finish the roof which means the stadium will be left unfinished again after so many years of waiting

Good observation, That would be so idiotic to install the seats far out from the edge of the blocks, how are people supposed to sit on them? Plus what's up with such bring selection of seats colors? Could not get any unsportier colors (Azadi stadium)

They use the white and grey colours so they wont fade out in the sun as there is no roof.
