Bushehr's new stadium is still not finished so they play in the old stadium. It would have been better if they renovated the old stadium because it is in the city, while the new stadium is further away from the city centre.

back in the day someone in iran decided that each capital of each Ostan (province) needs to have a decent football stadium. Thats why all of a sudden you have these cookie cutter looking stadiums in random cities who dont even have a decent team.

our fan culture is actually very good, did anyone notice that in Iran - China the chinese fans sat next to ours with one sarbaz between each? but in civilised (lol) europe we need to put the away fans in mini cages or behind fences and hundreds of riot police. same with the derby, when I went for the recent 3-2 game, outside the stadium the fans mixed without any police supervision, whereas here...
