Bargh Shiraz and Fajr Sepasi. However it looks like both of them will be in League 1 (division 3).
When this stadium was first designed (1995), Bargh Shiraz was a decent team and had a good amount of fans.

Basically this stadium won't fill up unless TM plays there or the local teams make it to the PGPL and play against the bigger clubs.

Jesus.. What a waste of money. One of the local teams need a sugardaddy to get up to higher divisions again...

New football stadium in Urmia, 15.000 seats.

It should be one of the few real football stadiums in Iran, that is also well inside the city.
Unfortunately, like in Shiraz, the strongest team that would use this stadium is Sharhdari Urmia playing in League (3rd division).

Something needs to be done about Shiraz. Bargh and Fajr (soon possibly) playing in League 2, and they never filled the stadium in IPL. I cant blame Shirazis really, as I would be hesitant to support each of those teams. What they need is a real (private) football club, representing the city, not an entity. Do we have any veteran Team Melli players from Shiraz, or some buisiness man?

lot of progress has been made this season. AQR, a beautiful, state of the art, 23,000 seater. Naghshe Jahan finally getting done, and a whopping 75000 seats there. Foolad Arena making a ton of progress, also looks state of the art, 30,000 seater. Mianrood is a 50,000 seater and looks like a very solid stadium. Plus smaller stadia like in Birjand (15000 seater), Sari (15000 seater), and Urmia (15,000). I think ideally we need to build one more top stadium (40,000-60,000 seater) in tehran, and then about 2-3 top stadiums in shomal (similar to AQR), for teams like malavan, Nassaji, sepidrood in the 20,000-25,000 seater range. The issue with building stadia in the north is really the amount of rain that could hinder construction...But that is a really football crazy region that deserves some better stadia.

Bargh Novin is first in Group B of Lig2 so there is a good chance they will promote to Azadegan.

EDIT: Just to avoid any confusion, the original club, Bargh Shiraz, plays in the Lig3 (4th tier) while the new club, Bargh Novin or New Bargh Fars plays in Lig2 (3rd tier) and can promote to Azadegan.

Looks like Pars Stadium has already inaugurated. Soltanifar traveled to Shiraz to take part at the ceremony.

                  Elections are coming up

Pars stadium looks good from above. Too bad the seating colour is silly and meaningless as usual!

I love stadiums that you can see the hills and mountains around from.

They can easily change the seats so it's not really a problem tbh

Don't worry, our fans are great at ripping seats out
