The roof structure has been reworked several times now.
The only thing that looks good is the pitch and the 1st level seats.
Apparently they won't even be doing the 2nd level seats, or installing the fabric that goes on the roof.
Mashhad and Ahvaz's stadiums will end up making Naghshe Jahan look real bad.
