I just came back from the match between Iraq and South Korea. So there was an Iranian guy and his mate waving their large Iranian Flag and shouting South Korea and suck shit Iraq! After the first South Korean goal a bunch of massive Iraqi guys came and started arguing with the Iranian guy and than there was a fight and later one of the guys had his jaw and nose bleeding and the Iranian flag got confiscated by the Security and Police came and arrested all the guys and paramedics came for one of the guys who was bleeding heavily.
I was shocked and never seen such a thing in my life and didn't know what to say. I initially tried to take a video of the fight and Iranian guy cheering and arguing but some Aussies sitting near me suggested me not to film. Basically the Iranian dude wanted to provoke the Iraqis fans into an argument, so it was kinda his fault but who knows. It was nice seeing the Koreans win and the attendance was like 30,000 and mostly Koreans, it was raining so heavily through out the match.

To be honest it has been the Iranian guys mistake. He should have known this would happen if he does this.
This was the way Australians took revange from us. The Australian ref knew we were in war with
Iraq and provocated us against each other.
We could have taken revange using Faghani in UAE vs Japan game. If Japan was playing Aus, Aus was out today.

I am glad Australia beat UAE easily. The whole world witnessed that neither Iraq or UAE had any business being in the Semis. Both Korea and Australia had much tougher opponents in the QFs that this round. Both semi matches were lackluster.

Shame on AFC for paving the way for Iraq at the expense of Iran.

With Obvious mistakes Irmatov made in the Semi I guessed Faghani would be chosen for the final.
To answer your question, No, I think He will be very impartial as he has always been.
