I missed the final verdict, what was AFC's reason for dismissing the doping issue?

i believe it is possible that our documents were perhaps incomplete or something wasnt done right by IFF and they used that as an excuse to throw the case out. IFF is known for being a screw up and even if we do have a legit case when it comes to rules, regulations and court of law if you dont have your paperwork and present your case properly it becomes a loop hole for them to not accept it. i think most likely this is what happened. they dont care that we were right, they just wanted any old reason not to accept it.

From the above post it seems like FIFA dropped the ball and this is a matter now between IFF and FIFA as to why the info wasn't relayed to AFC who may have learned about this or seen the documents only after Iran protested. Even AFP seemed to concur things were in order and evidence was correctly presented since FIFA responded positively to Iran's protest of the player but failed to follow-up on it.
