Karimi is I believe 37, did you want him to play on until he is a complete useless player, or would you have preferred for him to retire at more or less his peak? IMHO for every player it's always best to retire while being on their good form.Originally posted by Autreen View PostAli Karimi is in the shape of his life and he doesn't want to play, khah tu saret baba
He had already been bashed for his come backs after his 3 early retirement announcements. And was being criticized by many for not have already hung his boots, comparing him to Ali Daei.
On a different note, in the recent years it's been a total disappointment to read Iranians comments on Internet in any regard and on any topics. People using foul language, resorting to profanity , mocking others, fighting with one another over the simplest things. Looks like Internet for Iranians has become a venue to vent their lives' frustrations and anger.
Looks like we have turned into the most pessimistic, overly suspicious and hateful people on the planet!

I cant help but feel Pooladi is the key to our success in the asian cup not because he is a great left back but because the whole line-up will be potentially messed up without him. If he is there Hajsafi can play up top ... he is in great form and has experience playing next to Dejagah. The Hajsafi-Dejagah-Jahanbakhsh combo would be sick to watch.sigpic

If we win first two games of group stage and are assured of progression to the next round, I think Beiranvand should start the third game.
He seems like a quality goalkeeper and he needs his chance to shine.
Knowing CQ ridiculous decision making (eg. Not selecting Azmoun, bringing on useless Reza haghighi f*ck it up against Argentina) I have a feeling that he won't give him a minute of playing time.

Where in the twitter account does it say this?Originally posted by CHaMiLLionaire View PostAccording to Umm Salal's twitter, Pejman Montazeri got injured in training and will miss the AC.
Edit: Just found it. The tweet was written 3 days ago. Surely we would have known sooner if Montazeri was out of the tournament? If the picture that PK posted of Nekounam and Montazeri is recent, then I don't think Montazeri is unable to compete.Last edited by K. Nader; 12-23-2014, 10:47 PM.

Its on the front page of mehrnews... They announced it via twitter, but the TM doctor is waiting on an X-ray before ruling him out. Also Heydari needs a few more days to be fully fit.Originally posted by K. Nader View PostWhere in the twitter account does it say this?

Is it just me or is ando always the center of attention when TM arrives back in Tehran at the airport? It's as if the news reporters only take pics of him and only ask him questionsTeam Meli Iran
