I picked kranjcar but Offside_1 brings up a good point. We need cohesiveness for the transition from u23 to TM

no, your point was that we need a coach for the U-23 team that would compete with the National team. Let's just say, anyone that follows Iranian football knows we have enough BS and backstabbing going on as it is. The last thing we need is a U-23 coach who thinks he should have CQ's job. You can have a disciplinarian for the U-23 team, but my point was that it has to be a coach that works side-by-side with CQ, not a political bastard like GN or Kranjcar who we all know showed how much they care about Iranian football by not release their players on time.

Ok... I hope all works out well with U-23 and qualification to the Rio Olympics.
