Getafe is most likely to be Saeid's next destination, the other offers are there but Getafe's is much more serious. Plus he has just started to adapt himself to Spain so you can expect him around Spanish teams the next 3-4 years at least.

He will start will the B team (10-15 matches with them is the number agreed with Getafe) and will probably quickly get to the main team, he's still only 18 and Getafe is a La Liga team, don't forget that. either way it will be third level of the Spanish football. I understand that it is important for him to get constant playing time, but he has to take the next step up soon to avoid a stagnant career.

As it has been mentioned, Atleti B will play in the Tercera division next season (4th in Spain) while Getafe B plays in the Segunda B (3rd div) , therefore Saeid doesn't consider them as an option anymore, despite Atletico B offering him a contract. His contract with Getafe will feature playing 10-15 games with the B side in the 3d division and then join the main side, which is a La Liga team.

It has to go step by step, he can't suddenly jump from playing few matches with the Atleti C side in the 4th division to La Liga or Liga Adelante. He will first have to test himself in the 3rd division now with the opportunity of getting into their La Liga team afterwards.
