Worst performance of the season. A few key players were absent, the substitutes were simply not good enough.
Playing on artificial turf does not help either, it gives the home team an unfair advantage.
The only good news is that Roda JC Kerkrade, number 2 in the league table, also lost so that we are still six points ahead.sigpicComment

I usually would not say this for a team that I support and would like to win the league but thats good to hear! I am not saying that I am happy with NEC's loss but it is kind of a nice feeling to have that an Iranian Legionere is so important to his team that the entire offense is lost without him! And not just any team, but the league leaders! Lol. In all seriousness, hopefully this was a fluke and it wont happen again. I doubt he will transfer. He wasnt top notch before he left for asian cup and he didnt play top notch at the asian cup so nah, i doubt it.
Maybe if he is lucky he will be picked up by a better dutch team after the promotion of NEC
