No problem for Alireza. At the moment he will be of use for PSV, Alireza is ready to move on. And he is more like a forward than a true winger. So this doesn't make the move to PSV impossible.

NEC can't force a player. They can say no to other clubs, but can't force Alireza to say yes to Brighton. And the first thing probably won't be a problem, as Bart van Ingen has told on Twitter (he is a big fan of twitter) that NEC will accept for instance a Dutch offer, even if it is lower than an offer from China, as long as it is high enough for NEC to reinvest and pay off some debts. But do remember that a part of this amount of money will go to the group of investors of NEC, as they helped to get Alireza. This would make the amount of money NEC needs higher. Still, it is believed that NEC wants 2 million. Still, only some Asian clubs and Brighton have offered this, for as far as we know.

None of the Iraqi players are anywhere close to Jahanbakhsh. And NEC will be playing in Eredivisie too, so they need a better player than Alireza or at least as good, not a downgrade.
