When you don't pay people on time you are effectively in breach of contract yourself. I don't think they would have had much a chance taking action. That's kind of how it is. well, then you're wrong again. Namazi was very clear in his interview. He was still under contract with IFF when he got an offer from USSF. He resigned and then took the USSF job.
