Navad's speciality is creation of awkwardness and unprofessional interviews, no surprises there. The guy is probably learning from Adel lol...Originally posted by rugs View PostWow, this idiot from Navad that does the week in history just asked an elementary school kid in front of everyone if he was PP or SS and then said he must like food a lot because the kid was chubby.
Wtf is wrong with him?

Our youth teams sucked when they were around too.Originally posted by rugs View PostAdel hit the nail on the head.
The reason for our failures is the destruction of PAS and other similar teams that created youth players.
The real issue is the lack of focus and resources for the youth clubs. Each club in Iran should be forced to have functioning academies. We need more fields. We need less corruption in the sport (kids pay to play on teams now), we need less perverts and criminals running football "schools". We need people who actually care, not just the ones who yell a little bit every time one youth level fails again.

They were never this bad. Plus those clubs were an outlet for young players to get actual playing time.Originally posted by Nokhodi View PostOur youth teams sucked when they were around too.

Who knows if we would have ever had a Nekounam if he didn't get playing time at PAS.راه یکی است و آن راستی است

Not sure if you missed this part but Skocic and Jalali were explaining how and when TM needs to make the transition by implementing younger players and waving the oldies, comparing it to Croatia. There was the debated on whether youngsters should be given the starting 11 place after the AC, trying to mix it up. After that the subject changed and it bored me to death. Navad has these super interesting moments but then you have the crappy boring/unnecessary parts of the showOriginally posted by rugs View PostI missed it. What was the rest of the show about? I saw up until Ghanbarzadeh said goodbye.
