Kaffashian says:

They agreed with CQ on a 4 year deal.

They have agreed on everything according to him.

They had some disagreements on cancelling the contract. But now they seem to have agreed that anytime the IFF decides to terminate they have to pay CQ for the full year of the contract.

Prior to today that wasn't in the contract and the IFF was required to the full contract amount upon termination. He said they did this so if he(Kaffashian) is not the head of IFF anymore it won't be so easy to dismiss CQ without some financial loss.

He says that tomorrow or the day after the contract will be signed.

It is currently in the hands of an international person who is going over the final contract.

He added, regarding the comments by Goudarzi, that the Ministry has the ability to call for a session to elect a new IFF head if they choose.

He said they will 99% sign with CQ.
