And on the 8.Day God created Ali Karimi, and he saw he was good!
If Defenders were allowed to use their hands to stop Karimi -

I wonder how an ex-Bayern player agrees to coach in Germany's 5th division for the second consecutive season!?
He can easily become a manager of an IPL team. He will earn more money, will have more attention of the media and he will transfer his experience to his own countrymen.2, 9, 10, 11 and 14

He respects himself, he respects the beautiful game and he doesn't want to end up like the Estilis or Peirovanis or even Daei whom just used their name to get a job in the IPL and will probably never coach a proper team, unlike them, I'll assure you that before he's 40 he'll be a proper coach in a proper league. Good for him and good for the future of our football. All my respect to this great man.Originally posted by TM-Fan View PostI wonder how an ex-Bayern player agrees to coach in Germany's 5th division for the second consecutive season!?

He has enough money, to not worry about succumbing to the Iranian football's non stop BS and headaches. Not to mention that he perhaps knows how to make his way up towards success and bigger goals.Originally posted by TM-Fan View PostI wonder how an ex-Bayern player agrees to coach in Germany's 5th division for the second consecutive season!?

His first job was almost like an apprenticeship. He was either below or alongside the actual manager for the team most the season. From the sound of it, he's the one boss for this team so I would think it is a step up.Originally posted by toofan View Postis this a step up for him from his first job?

I am very glad for VH on his new job. He is taking the right path, and I like him even more for that. I wish him luck.
The thing is that there are a lot of unemployed coaches in Germany, among them very big names. Coming off the coaching-school a young coach has no experience to offer and is glad to be given a chance at all. Starting in the 4th division is already very rare (those excluded who have very strong connections).
They have to do well on their first job though, otherwise they will be off the picture very quickly.
So I hope VH will do well on his first job, to make his journey from the bottom to the top of Germany last.
It is good for him that he does not have that pressure others have, since he wants to work in Iran on the long term anyway.

As a preparation for the league, Niendorfer TSV participated in a tournament and managed to win the cup. Hashemian however criticized the schedule as his team had to play 5 matches in only 8 days and he additionally is worried about several injured players.
Hashemian's first official match against "Germania Schnelsen" ended in a draw (2-2).
