the lack of proper infrastructure (stadiums, training facilities) is the main reason why our league is called unprofessional, having world class stadiums is the first step in really making your league "professional"

Which comes back to what I said: the prettiness is nothing more but a bonus. I don't care if the seat colors are pink or if the stadium is not seen as exotic as it will not improve anything whatsoever. As long as we have a new 75k stadium ready in 2016 it's a positive sign to me.
We cannot conclude anything concerning facilities yet, it's possible that we get the stadium but with the same crappy grass as Fouladshahr for example or every other IPL stadiums (most probably will be the case), but for now we only know that Sepahan will have a new stadium with 75K seats by mid 2016, which is good news.

Having 10 average privately owned stadiums is better than 1 world class megastadium in the long term.
