No because, by the time it will be completed (i.e in a very long time), fifa conditions will be improved!

By saying they will finish Naghshe Jahan, it better not be a half-ass project. I have a feeling as soon as they finish the top part and the pipes for the bathrooms (no matter how shitty and old it may look) they will open the stadium to the public. So if they are gonna finish it, they should COMPLETE it.

Any progress on this damn stadium already? years after year a great team like Sepahan plays in ACL getting the best results out of all Iranian clubs taking part in ACL, while advancing further than even TM in the Asian tournaments, yet the seats addition and conditions improvement of an already built stadium takes forever to finish.

I brought this up, because I just happened to come across an Iraqi stadium under construction in Basra which started I believe in 2010 with the goal of hosting the 2013 edition of Persian gulf cup, and there they are, already almost ready. In the Below link you will find pics of this stadium, how miserable has our country become during this past 35 years of oppression under these barbaric regime?

They say Khordad which is next month but I don't buy it. The gov't wants to complete it before the end of its term but it doesn't look like it at all.

Well the grass is green and they are seating first floor. The rest could be done in the next 5/6 months maybe sooner if they get shit done fast.

why are the seats so far from the field? It seems they just don't know how to build vertically. I guess we just have to have track and field also.
