رييس فدراسيون فوتبال در گفت*وگويي تفصيلي كه با ايسنا، داشت به سوالات مختلفي درباره علت نتايج تيم ملي، آينده اين تيم، شرايط همكاري با كي*روش و... پاسخ داد كه مشروح آن در زير مي*آيد:
* فكر مي*كنيد با محدوديت*هايي كه داريم و نيز وضعيت ورزشگاه*هايمان امكان برگزاري جام ملت*هاي آسيا در ايران وجود دارد؟
ـ بله مي*شود برگزار كرد. يك استاديوم آزادي داريم، يكي در مشهد است. ورزشگاه نقش جهان آماده مي*شود؛ ما تمام بازي*ها را كه نمي*خواهيم در تهران برگزار كنيم. همين ورزشگاه دستگردي و راه آهن را مقداري به آن برسيم مي*شود بازي*هاي مهمي را در آن برگزار كرد. البته الان اين ورزشگاه*ها خيلي بهتر از قبل شده**اند. ببينيد تا ما ميزباني نگيريم استاديوم*هايمان درست نمي*شود. اگر ميزباني بگيريم به زور هم كه شده وضعيت ورزشگاه*ها درست مي*شود. گرفتن ميزباني*ها به فوتبال كشور رشد مي*دهد. الان ما بهترين سالن*هاي فوتسال را در دنيا داريم. در آسيا كمتر كشوري مانند ما اين همه سالن خوب براي فوتسال دارد. ما با دولت و وزارت ورزش هم صحبت كرده*ايم كه اين ميزباني*ها را بگيريم. آنها هم موافقندComment
