in my humble opinion these players are either done cause of age or are just not good enough at this level anymore, so it be better to drop them all and start fresh, feel free to add any player you think are done with Team Melli
Agree with all except for Ezatollahi and Taremi, I think Taremi can be used as a bench guy. Ezatollahi can offer some good football, he's nowhere near Nekounam ever was but still decent.

The reality of the truth is that we have given somebody ghalanoie all authorization over all age groups of men teams from the under 17‘s under 18 under 20s and under 23s, he chooses the coach he choose the staff he’s making the decisions as if he is the president of the IFF and for people saying we dont have enough talent, we have enough talent for 2 teams …

I actually thought he had a decent outing against both New Zeland and Egypt. But I get what you are saying. We have had a lot of what ifs in Iranian football, but this guy is near the top of the list. At 17 he had everything to be elite, but just like his fellow countrymen he was missing a big piece between the ears.

the answer is simple anyone above the age of 32 should be dropped.

Now that Haji Sooti's major accomplishment off the field has come to fruition and he has become the player with highest caps for national team, he can get his medal from the corrupt IR Football Federation and get the hell out of the TM for good. I think it would only be fair to Nekonum, the #2 record holder that Haji's record be further qualified for which he also holds the record for greatest number of Sootis at national level ever. This man has never been able to take a shot properly nor has he been able to score a goal without a fluky chance.

Normally its a legend that has the most caps for an country. Nekounam was a worthy name!

How Hajsafi got sooo many caps when he was never any good is beyond me
