I'd say Uzbekistan to not lose is our best chance. Austria and Algeria will 100% play out a draw which will suit both of them. Ghana won't beat Croatia.

Good game guys, I wanted that Iran goal to stand on the basis of how we played for the last 10 minutes. After having control for most of the match, we were all over the place at the end and it deserved to go down because of it. I would sack our racist thug of a manager today if we want to salvage anything from this WC. Why take off Salah so early, and why leave Marmoush who clearly our most dangerous player on the bench?

The defender who gave away the penalty (our best CB) completely tore his ACL against PSG in April of 2024. He missed the rest of that season plus the entire 25/26 Ligue 1 season due to injury. He's played only 45 minutes in a friendly since and it was clear he was severely lacking match fitness/sharpness, and you start him in a WC game of that intensity?? What a braindead manager. He literally reinjured his knee five minutes later and was forced to sub out. The player who scored our goal started at 10, and has never played there for the NT ever before. He's an 8 by trade as he is a box to box player. You start him in the 10?? He was going to bring on Haitham Hassan - who plays in La Liga and was one of our best players in the pre WC friendlies - but told him to sit down in favor of an 18 year old. What kind of disrespectful shit is that? I'm convinced it's because of his skin color. I want this racist thug gone NOW.

You guys definitely deserve to go though over both Austria and Algeria. Fuck both those teams, especially Algeria. Also, I'd like to add that Ramin Rezaeian from your side has impressed me all tournament. Very good player.

As for my 2 other countries I'm connected to by blood, Turkey and Uzbekistan are embarrassing. How do you let a team like DR Congo completely dominate you like that? A group with USA, Australia, Paraguay, and you're already eliminated after the second game lol. Clowns the both of them. There's a reason why I favor Egyptian football.

I think we must play for the win. Sitting back for a tie doesn't even guarantee qualification. We need to attack, but not throw bodies forward to the point where we are so vulnerable. Egypt will also probably sit back more since they are basically guaranteed to advance and just need a point to top the group.

We must learn the lesson from the USA game in 2022 and ATTACK. If we sit back and play lethargic, we open ourselves to a draw or a loss. A draw is not a guarantee to make it because we haven't scored many goals, and a loss means we are done.
