ofcourse they underestimated the opponent by throwing their reserves in there. I think they thought this is easily in the bag.

When your opponent is parking the bus, and for 70 minutes your strategy of short passes is not working, you have to open up the game. I'm no coach, but to me the few times CPV did a counter attack and failed, your defenders should quickly go to long balls and not allow your opponent to park the bus again.
