The second goal was a clear foul bro, i am also rooting for Egypt but that was a foul.
Sick comeback from Argentina
As the commentators also pointed out, "this was the full length of the field prior to the goal." It wouldn't have been a "clear foul" had the situation reversed. That's the whole point. The inconsistency of these decisions, almost always in favor of the usual suspects, is astonishing. This Color

Of course…who are we kidding. FIFA would have hated to see the defending champions not even make the final eight.Originally posted by Equalizer View Post

You guys had a good run and played a great game today up until the last 10-15 mins when you fell apart defensively. Way better overall performance than IR Iran, that's for sure.Originally posted by kastro View PostI'm not even that bothered. Would have been nice, but we're not winning the WC lol. Neither is Argentina. France would have destroyed us and will Argentina, if they even make it to the final.
I think we'll see an Argentina vs England Semi and that's where Messi's run ends. Argentina's defense is questionable to say the least. If there's one team in this cup that can beat France, it's England. I don't even think Spain can do it.

It’s not about winning the Cup. It’s about getting as far as you can get. I thought your coach made a huge mistake not bringing in Marmoush earlier. With him being the menace he is, Argentina would not have had the freedom to attack so relentlessly.Originally posted by kastro View PostI'm not even that bothered. Yeah it's a bit much involvement from VAR on these types of calls. Was it a foul? Yes. But it was inadvertent and wasn't an obvious foul. The ref initially allowed it so then VAR should just let it go too, especially when it's on the opposite end of the pitch like that.Originally posted by Equalizer View Post
