These players you named Kanani, Alipour, Shoja, Torabi, Beiro, Hardani , who pays their checks ? There no private teams in Iran it all comes from the oil money the mullahs steal , and the step it funnels down to these players probably the last part of the food chain are the athletes!

so to answer you questions they have no choice Iran is not a free society , and the IRI controls everything and everyone on their payroll! So I mean if you want to live in IRI and have some kinda of a normal life you have to comply with their bullshit rules !

what IRI does and uses it’s athletes and blackmails them and forces them to be their propaganda speakers , that is nothing we can do about that , all these 3rd world countries are fucked like this !

HAkan Sukur , he won some many titles for Galatarsy and turkey he was a legend a national treasure!!

Look where he is now , driving Uber in San Francisco? Why cause even turkey which is some what better us as a country if you speak up they ruin you take everything you own make you suffer !!

    Turkey
IndividualFormer Turkish football star Hakan Şükür lives in exile in California, USA, where he operates a football academy in Palo Alto (as of 2023) and previously worked as an Uber driver and cafe owner. After entering politics and falling out with President Erdogan's government, he fled Turkey in 2015, facing charges of having links to a failed coup, which he denies, leading to the seizure of all his assets in Turkey.

not a single one of these players in Iran is anywhere close to Sukur prestige and wealth , in accomplishments or achievements, club or country ! So they just to dam scared for their lives and their families lives to say anything!

Doesn’t mean they care for IRI , yes there are a few Rats like Aref aghasi he is probably a IRI rat , but the reminder just too scared to speak up , look what happened to Ali karimi , and he is loaded and has a lot of money !!
    Post of the week.

regarding to football, you know i was behind TM in darkest days such as 93, 2002, 2010 but lost connection with this version
how you say keep politics apart from football when lots of players such as Kanani, Alipour, Shoja, Torabi, Beiro, Hardani, and many others publicly backing this regime!
Did they have to do that in public?
    come on man!!

Agreed. You don't have to stick your neck out and put your life and career on the line but brown nosing the regime after everything that's happened is unforgivable.

iran international is the most brained wash news agency there is is equal to shabakeyeh khabar Both are brain washing news channels .

Regarding the 40 k that was killed by the regime , yes the i.r was responsible for the massacre (worst massacre since hollycust in 36 hrs ) BUt reza pahlavai is also responsible for that massacre For calling a farakhan without any back up, and he even give farakhan one day after the massacre as well . If u see 40k are dead ,why u send them back in the street again.

Regarding u not caring about this version of tm , imo u are wrong. What do u want our players to do? Don't go , then they will send another 26 players. Take it as soccer and iran don't take it as these players are representing the ir , take it as they represent iran , as I say if taremi refuse call up they take another player.
I give u above advise because we where both kids when we came here and we both are still around, someone else I would not care to give this advise too.

Unfortunately in the positions he can play we are packed. I wanted him as lb but in wc lb is sensitive position.
I think all the ready to go inform foreign players should be invited doesn’t matter that position they play , if they in form and ready to play invite them , cause we need to have the experience we need to have as much talent as we can now …. These games are going to be close maybe even separated by 1 goal ……

they only players I can see helping us , but I fear GN will invite is a Mohanglou like for him I see him as nothing not even TM material same with nourafkan as well but I mean we see

Their corruption causes TM to not have the resources, organization, grassroots levels to succeed like our talent would allow. It's partial 3rd world theocratic corruption, but also by design, in my opinion. TM was getting people too excitable, like dancing, so IR needed the team to just be good enough to save face and qualify for tournaments, but weak and fragile enough to never succeed and give people an idea that they can succeed in burying this mullah regime. Hope is a dangerous thing for IR, gotta keep people hopeless.
When the system is a wrong system it effects the entire structure, the fact that iran system is bad is not the discussion here,.discussion is SHould we support the national team of iran under any system? Why should be prisoners of the system?
tomorrow let's say there is another regime in iran ,there will some percentage of people against that system as well ,NOw that tm will be be followed by them because they are against that regime and system.
My theory is to support the name of iran only , because any other way it will bring disunity among everyone. Look how proud the Mexicans are for their national team regardless of who is in charge, Colombians as well.
Problem is us Iranians are always looking for something to complain .

ONE of main REason is the age of the members have gotten older .they have seen so many soccer matches in their life time ,it has became boring.
Member that started here in the 90s or early 2000 are mid 40s to early 50s now ,so the joy has increased .everything else u said I respect .
