Rooting against Team Melli is a personality flaw that rose up by Masih Alinejad's time.

There's a Persian Jewish community by where I live and even they have active TM supporters among them
Its up to them and their right and choice, and i have the right to mine, i will still spit on this Team mellie IRGC.

    Regarding the players
They live in that society which me and u don't live in. .some of them might have no choice but to talk like that, some of them look at it as being patriotic by not caring who is in charge but just caring a foreign nation is attacking their nation and mehdi torabi we all know he truly believes in having ir in charge ,since he lost a brother in Iran and iraq war if i recall correctly.we know kanani can not be taken seriously.NO they did not have to do it in public, also the age they at and some of them looking for maybe their last contract might of been the reason.
Overall non of these tm players are at fault for what's going on, do we bash the electrician that show up to work to fix the electricity after the attack or do we bash that premedic that show up to work to save life and all their pay check comes from ir.
Is easy to get emotional and start accusing others but once u seat back and think the deep root of the issue u see neither the soccer player ,the electrician or the premedic guy is at fault.
My suggestion is stop turning on each other over things like this .

So when I.R massacred our people with FOREIGN shiite ape militias it is not a invasion? When Iraqs flag is up at the Shayad square it is not invasion? When are you guys going to stop making excuse after excuse? WE HAVE NO FUCKING COUNTRY, we have not had a country since 1979, we are occupied by anti iranian islamists.

These idiot players are a bunch of olaghbrains and IRGC faheheshe vatanforoush filths.

I have followed TM since 1996 non stop, but like iran_19 said, the majority of us are not the same after january 2026 massacres.

I hope they get r*ped every game in the WC.

Javid shah payande Iran va irani.

    Come on guys!
torabi, kanani, shoja, beiro, hardani, aghasi, alipiour, even i saw ramin and hajsafi( khayemali to make it to wc obviously) attending every events that IR organize is more than just one or two players!
dont try to protect these guys when there is no reason for!
people are disgusted by this team! Just look at the forum , is it normal a month before WC that the sport forum is totally dead!
i been visiting and then posting in this site for over 25 years and haven’t seen this before!
this place was so crowded always!
lets face it! People at least the one outside gave up on this team! And i said that as one of the most passionate TM fans probably!

These players you named Kanani, Alipour, Shoja, Torabi, Beiro, Hardani , who pays their checks ? There no private teams in Iran it all comes from the oil money the mullahs steal , and the step it funnels down to these players probably the last part of the food chain are the athletes!

so to answer you questions they have no choice Iran is not a free society , and the IRI controls everything and everyone on their payroll! So I mean if you want to live in IRI and have some kinda of a normal life you have to comply with their bullshit rules !

what IRI does and uses it’s athletes and blackmails them and forces them to be their propaganda speakers , that is nothing we can do about that , all these 3rd world countries are fucked like this !

HAkan Sukur , he won some many titles for Galatarsy and turkey he was a legend a national treasure!!

Look where he is now , driving Uber in San Francisco? Why cause even turkey which is some what better us as a country if you speak up they ruin you take everything you own make you suffer !!

    Turkey
IndividualFormer Turkish football star Hakan Şükür lives in exile in California, USA, where he operates a football academy in Palo Alto (as of 2023) and previously worked as an Uber driver and cafe owner. After entering politics and falling out with President Erdogan's government, he fled Turkey in 2015, facing charges of having links to a failed coup, which he denies, leading to the seizure of all his assets in Turkey.

not a single one of these players in Iran is anywhere close to Sukur prestige and wealth , in accomplishments or achievements, club or country ! So they just to dam scared for their lives and their families lives to say anything!

Doesn’t mean they care for IRI , yes there are a few Rats like Aref aghasi he is probably a IRI rat , but the reminder just too scared to speak up , look what happened to Ali karimi , and he is loaded and has a lot of money !!

Agreed. You don't have to stick your neck out and put your life and career on the line but brown nosing the regime after everything that's happened is unforgivable.
