New Zealand's main threat is Chris Wood. He was injured for months now and returned to play 45 min vs Porto in Europa this week. Not sure if he will be the same at his age with an injury like that.

Otherwise New Zealand can run and Iranian players are reputably lazy. If our team decides to run/be in shape we have the better overa team.

They will be cagey and attack when we fall asleep. Don't play Kanaani please. Anyone else will do

reason I want ehsan to start is he had very good pgl season and his leadership and experience in the back field is need it. Razag was my choice as well but I put ehsan there that way nemati can be on the field .nemati experience at pp as lb and tm lack of running, is reason I put him in .
if Razag starts them ehsan lb, nemati unfortunately bench since he is big gamble to start him as cb.

sardar imo will not be on the roster, unless he publicly issue an apology (which he won't)and if he apologies and comes back it will be big side issue ans it will distract the team. So imo opinion sardar is out.

I think alahyar will make final roster and will get some sub minutes .

zare should make it to for lack of decent center back and if does no playing time

Hn should but I don't see him get playing time since saman rozbeh ehsan will get playing time there next to saeed .

Egypt I am more worried about cause , they are pretty compact team and I feel like we can beat them too on a good day ,,,,

if we can beat nz and Belgium beat Egypt, All pressure will be on Egypt to beat nz in their second match. And desperate nz will step on the field vs Egypt , and if that match end in a tie , I like our chances vs Egypt then in the last match.
