Khalilzadeh is a known IR supporter. Already a big strike.

Khalilzadeh celebrated his goal last week in an atmosphere where celebrating goals is seen as an insult to the people. IR is forcing football players to play and league to go on. If you are to play your part in this charade, at least don't celebrate.

Khalilzadeh's interview starts ok but very quickly he is using buzz words like the economic problems, peoples income...we ask those in charge to improve the economic lives of the poor... basically lthe words of any IR official. He is not acknowledging that thousands of people have been killed and just by making the economic issues better, it won't solve anything.

Then he said those living outside who are criticizing for not being in the street should ask their mother and father into the streets. Lots of mother and fathers were also in the streets and got killed.

He was combative. He did not appear sorry or apologetic. He went on the attack blaming those who live outside Iran.

According to Iran International...Bakhtiar Rahmani answered him in saying :چهره واقعی تو برای ما همان همخوانی شماست با حسین رقاص. برید همان «سلام فرمانده» را بخوانید. به فوتبال بهدرد نخورتان برسید.»

I can't find another source for this quote from Rahmani so take it as unconfirmed report.
