Uzbekistan played very smart clinical counter attack football against Egypt.
They didn't want possession, and it is probably how they'll line up against bigger opponents. They're a very physical team so it will work out well for them.
Frankly, TM should do the same against the "bigger" opponents.

I agree, they played really modern and flowless football and I believe they will beat the shit out of us form a game plan point of view but resultwise, I think they will win 1-0 or 2-1

We were originally going to play Egypt for our first game but leave it up to the incompetence of the coaching staff to change that so we play Cape Verde instead.

This will be SIXTH time we will be facing Uzbekistan in the last 2 years. Playing them again will not do anything to prepare us for the WC.

Its actually even worse because its the 7th time in 2 years. And we face them again in 2027 for CAFA tournament

I did not say they are a bad team. But playing them for the Sixth time in such a short time will not teach us anything. We already know how they play and what tactics they use.
