When I think of GNs Team Melli, I think of panic and complacency.

I think to me GN is so much worse than Skocic, because the latter had at least a game plan. He might not have been tactically apt and biased some weird players like Noorafkan, but he was at least decent in other areas. Had the balls to drop Milad for sucking at LB, had the balls to bench Beiranvand for 2 sootis much less 9000. Dropped Niazmand for being awful. He invited younger players like Allahyar and Hosseinzadeh (back in 2022!!). All of this with a tenth of the support GN gets from federation!

This guy is just completely out of his league, making the same strange decisions he made back when he got appointed:

1. Weird selections like Nemati, Noorafkan, Niazmand, and Moghanlou (??)
2. Weird team shape, last ditch defending, disorganized kheng tiki taka tactics, long balls to voyager rover on Mars.
3. Strange panic substitutions like Kanaani on for Mohebi (?????).
4. Players don't know their roles and zones....making selfish hero runs. Where is the team play?

GN uses Moghanlou as sign post for other player to find the goal, GN is a genius tactician and master of statistics

I just wonder how long it takes IFF to know he is useless at football management

We do not have a solid GK out of all of our options. U23 Khalifeh looked better to me than our choices now.

When there is no GK, defense is scared and our defense is weak to begin with because we don't have good fullbacks at all and very slow CBs.

Our midfield is maast, not regular, but chekideh and slow. We will be outpressed by any team in the World Cup.

To speak on "complacency', its very obvious GN and the older players want this World Cup to be a 'retirement" goodbye party and already know they are on the team and don't care either way. That's why competition is so important in all aspects of life. To keep standards high.

I am sure this extends to the way they perceive our opponent. I guarantee our players are not aware of teams like Tajikistan improving in the last few years, they still have the 1990s image of how the team is. This makes me think that it would be much better for us to be in a "group of death" like Brazil, Iran, Serbia, Senegal so our team knows the gravity of how bad they will look if they fail

Not an iota of game intelligence in any of our players!

Do they ever watch the replay and see how screwed up their performances were. Hazbavi and Aghassi were flat footed defenders at all times. Not even a single game making pass.

Midfield was a disaster story with inefficient NoorAfkan and Ghodos. When do we want to get rid of the nutcase Ramin whose ill behavior on the field distracts teams focus.

Front line was hurray hurray .. bunch of ineffective or old players who cannot score.

GN leading the team in WC will be the biggest joke of the year. The man has no knowledge of modern football.
