This should be pinned for all the haters, you can clearly see they're all either pretending to sing or look all disgusted like RaminOriginally posted by ShiroKhorshid View Post

Going to prepare you for this eventuality, but when the World Cup comes to the US I bet even the Jewish/Baha'i parts of our Diaspora ignore your false statement and go support Team Melli tooOriginally posted by Shahin K View Post
because this team is full of traitors, IR parasts. Team melli is led by IR

Come on bro this is cringe. There is maybe 2-3 players in the team who are trash basijis like that like Torabi, Shoja, and Kanaani. 99% of TM is always speaking out about things....if you want to ignore all their statements, actions, etc then feel free to do so but stop the BS.Originally posted by Shahin K View Post

Imagine growing up with your dream being a footballer, going through Sepahan academy, putting in the blood sweat and tears, then when you finally make it you get called regime parast by westwood iranians

I'm actually pretty happy with today's match.
Sure it wasn't our best performance, but it was basically an entirely new line up. Only two players had double digit appearances for TM.
It's natural that a group of players who have not played together before and had a single day of training are not at their best as a team.
Today showed that for the past three years GN could have played our younger and inexperienced players against the likes of Hong Kong and Kyrgyzstan and still got results.
Aghasi, Aliyari, Hashemnejad and Khodabandelou all did really well. Aghasi and Hashemnejad in particular stood out to me. If JB continues to decline, Hashemnejad should take his spot by the WC.
Aliyari was also good, but wouldn't say he's now automatically an option at the WC.
Noorafkan, Ahmadi, Nemati and Cheshmi were horrible. In the case of Nemati, I don't understand why his teammates in Persepolis insisted that he's an amazing CB. He seems very nervous with the ball at his feet under pressure.

I just watched the highlights and honestly was gutted. The future of TM looks grim folks!

Majid Aliyari stood out above the rest, had two goals and some good chances.
