hosseinzadeh didnt seem to even protest ? He commented a few black hearts on other players ig but i dont see any "standing up against the regime" from him so it seems bizarre him being dropped

Hossinejad and Zare both didnt sing the anthem in the first game of U23 asian championship so it could be because of that
