Gol bezan says he had been contacted But the issue is the paper work for his dead grandad to prove that he was born in Iran has not been found by his aunt who’s been made responsible so still no Iranian passport and until then still no call up

feels like we are running out of time - which is a shame as I feel He could still be effective in the 2027 Asian cup

Cup game right now. Dennis scored against AJ's team Dender.

AJ at the very end of the half poorly cleared a ball from the goal which fell for Dennis to volley but he blasted it in the sky.

Btw the reason he didn't get called up is because the federation demanded a DNA test from him to prove he is Iranian. Not sure what became of it

Why would this matter to fifa? All we need is proof his grandad was born in Iran

Playing international football is invaluable to a players brand - heck even japanese born dispora north koreans choose to go back to their shithole country and play for north korea- the last north korean squad had 2 j league 3 players in it.

Even the last few windows we saw Choundary opt to play for bangladesh - he secured a lot of sponsership deals after for doing so despite bangladesh having little chance to qualify for the asian cup - even a couple of decent norweigen league players switched to pakistan last fifa day as well.

if dennis scores a couple of goals for iran at the world cup he probably secures the bag to saudi or the uae pro league and retires his blood line which will enable his wife to take as many selfies at the palm jumirah beach hotel as she wants.

he's not stupid - he knows the opportunity is huge and i think for any player simply have a few international games in asia opens up the likelihood to get scouted by tax free leagues like the QSL , saudi pro league and the uae pro league and not to mention teams in east asia which pay well

beitashour said he got a chinese super league offer the year after he played for team melli - no doubt playing in the asian cup qualifiers got him on some radars - he said so in his last interview that international football was the best way to build up a profile and get scouted. You just need to play a few games and suddendly you got a lot of teams all over the world watching you? who can say no to that not to mention the next Asian cup is in Saudi - a lot of SPL clubs no doubt will be watching- if he performs well there then that's another tax free pay day opportunity coming his way - when you think about the offer is very enticing - plus our forward line is so weak !
