      Looks like this may be one of the worst Iranian footballers transfer seasons since the early 90s? Our football seems to be deteriorating, we don't produce as much young talents, and even if we do, they prefer staying in Iran as they make more $ playing in Iran as opposed to in Europe.

        He could have found a club at PGPL level where he would start... I don't know why he did this!
        The real answer is agents and money launderers as always. He has incredibly bad advisors. He was the hottest player of our U17 and they had him rush into a contract with Havadar who was on a record relegation run.

        Our entire U17 got scammed by bad agents. Only reason Andarz was able to leave Iran is because his agent is a part time agent outside of Iran and involved with the Gol Bezan/TM Twitter community, and even he came out and said navigating that transfer was super difficult.

          Shakouri has a former almost TM level father! He should have better advice than this.
          The only thing I can think of is that he can probably transfer out of a 2nd division Qatari club much easier to Europe.

              That's right. I said he was almost TM level, but he actually played 11 games for TM!

                Which European teams are scouting the Qatari second division?

                    Chickens are coming home to roost. Just like everything else that IRI has destroyed, they have destroyed football too. They used football to control crowds, start gambling, and have used football to transfer money. The systemic corruption in the country caused by IRI has reached IPL and sepah is behind all the unless transfers, coaches and players.

                    when nothing in iran is standard and a player makes billions of toman, what do you expect. this is IRI doing.
                    IRI = FAILED

                      Good point.
                      Can players on contracts go for trials?

                        I don't believe so, but Lusail does have contacts with minor euro clubs like Avs and CD Leganes. Still I don't think anything good will come out of this.
