well maybe they had to win yesterday, qatar plays uzbakastan next game, and had Kazaygstan won the difference would have been 1 point advantage for qatar going into last round. I guess it could be possible.

^ to me it was a 100% staged game. I have seen maybe thousand games and I can feel when a team does these stuff and we definitely did those stuff. (In my opinion, Japan also did it for Australia to have a chance too) hence I had predicted this before.
