Height is overrated. Mehdi Ghayedi is 165 cm and he's arguably our best player right now.

Ghaedi is far from our best player except when we play the like of hong kong. Our best player now is Mohebi with height, athletic and speed.

• Ghandipour has offers from Zenit, Dynamo Makhashkala and another russian that will promote to RPL
• Niazmand is between PP and renew with Sepahan. In first case, Sepahan will try to get Khalife.
• Sepahan and PP are close to sign some 29 years old from respectively Zobahan and Aluminium. One's name is Kazemian.
• Arsha shakouri could be Esteghlal back up GK.
• JB is out of Heerenveen. Imo he is finished, I won't be surprised if he moves back to Iran (depending if he got the dutch citizenship). Otherwise a last spell for NEC?

I think JB will stay in Europe. He will find another team in a mid table and play there. I do not see him as a player that could comeback to iran.

This off-season will be a very sad transfer season for Iranian football. we will probably only have Taremi and Sadeghi in Europe. The rest are probably done and will be heading back home.
