I don't think he would be a worse defender than say Ghoddos. Its all about the system the coach has. if the other two midfielders are defensive minded and we actually had a decent pair of CBs this wouldn't be a problem. Alas though, its GN and his temu staff with a tokhmi 4-4-2.

We should just switch to 3-5-2 even if we don't have the wingbacks for it. Our fullbacks are all so ass anyways, might as well load up on CBs instead of relying on Milad to bring the ball forward and trip over himself as usual.

I have to agree with you. The guy is an old school 10. A position that has been phased out in the modern game. Having said that, hope he is working on that aspect of his game and is able to provide help in the future in TM.

kid is got a pretty Quick feet, decent vision & composure and quick passing, positional sense/movement w/o ball & overall game smarts But seemed awful undersized And lightweight defensively/ couldn’t tackle for shit..!

still needs some time to mature his overall game And improve his defensive posture and tackling..!
