Esteghlal made a 2 million offer for him. I agree, he should go back to Tehran for one season then bounce to Europe. He is being held hostage in the dehat of Russia, spending half the season on the bench. At his age game time is the most important.

Let this be a warning that agents like Saadati love sending our kids to Russia to inflate their value before sending them to Iran/UAE for double the price.

Already happened with Ghorbani and its about to happen to Saharkhizan.

Only reason to go to Russia should be if a top 5 team there makes an offer and guarantees play time.

Or maybe just perform so Well in Russia that a bigger russian club or other european club Will but you. I dont see russia as a Big failure for our players. Some of Them have improved or made a career out there. Like Azmoun and Mohebi. Ghorbani chose to go to the UAE.

We Cant just demand for a Big club to sign our players. We are in a position where we have to start at the loers european team. Taremi did the same. Azmoun also did the same. The players Cant just give up because Barcelona wont sign Them straight from Fajr Sepassi

He had 8 G/A in 1000 minutes with a relegation level team, he probably tried the best could. Take a look at his highlights earlier on in the thread. If he was in any other country he would already be a starter in the national team or playing for a bigger club. There are probably reasons why the coach kept benching him for half the season.

I'm not demanding our players go to Barcelona from Fajr Sepasi, but I think its nonsense to go to Makhachkala. I personally think our most talented players can at least bag an offer from a low tier Turkish/Greek club which would present them with much more options if their agents weren't money launderers. They need to prioritize game time above most. Look at Rostami, he got benched in Poland for 3 years then went to Azadegan. Might as well have stayed in Iran.

He wouldnt start for no national team because of 8 G/A at a relegation level team. There is more to Football than that. Normally you have to prove yourself at the highest level.

I have seen his highlights and they are good but you Cant budget everything on highlights. I believe that if he impress in Russia, he Will get a transfer to a better team. Either in Russia or another european country. But if he impress i. Esteghlal What Will happen? He Will either stay there or go to UAE/Qatar. Or maybe back to Russia, since they seem to be the Only country to look our Way.

I dont believe our players should give up. Keep fighting and keep improvind and then the reward Will come. I would rather they play in Russia than Iran. I have seen so Many games this year and we are so behind tactically that I wanna cry.

Right now no country are looking at Iran. Unfortunately we have to start at the bottom. A Big turkish club May want Taremi, but they dont want the topscorer of IPL. There are Many other strikers in the world. Plus some countries have tried Iranian players and failed, as they Sometimes wanna go back or have trouble settling in Europe. Ezzatolahi didnt really take Football seriously in Denmark and that is a fact. So now a danish team probably dont want to take a chance with a new Iranian. Ezzatolahi came with Big expectations as he had Many national caps. So no chance they would Ever take a chance with a Young unproven player.
it also takes time for iranians to settle in some european countries. Clubs look at all these things.

Main reason our players don’t want to go to Greece or Portugal or Belgium is financially they can make big money in Iran quickly. 3-400k with all sorts of tax loopholes to $150k in Europe with half to taxes right away

Kian jan, I understand what you're saying and I agree with most of it. However, it is still possible to go to Europe from PGPL.

The problem with PGPL right now is 2 things: Salary and shitty agents.

Salary: As Nokhodi jan mentioned, nobody is going to go to Europe for 150k a year if they get 1.2 million a year tax free domestically. See someone like Aghasi who has probably the same or more talent than Majid Hosseini, making 1.2 million a year. All the big players get paid millions. It would be a salary cut to leave Iran.

AGENTS: Let me tell you who Hosseinejad's agent is. its PIFA. Take a look at who they represent. Pretty much every one in our league and basically everyone in Russia. Its owned by a shady money launderer called Amir Saadati (former Sepahan player). He's a best friend to Mehdi Bayat. Their whole business play is to sell players to Russian or SS/PP/Sepahan clubs in order to inflate their value. Afterwards they turn around and sell them to UAE/Qatari team.

Occasionally when they need to launder their money they sign our players to Bayat Brothers Charleroi in long contracts of up to 3-5 years. Then they bench them, so their only option is to comeback to PGPL. Sound familiar? Guess who represented Delfi, Gholizadeh, Noorafkan, Hosseinzadeh, etc when they went to Charleroi? Now a lot of them have different agents.

I agree with the money part. They get paid alot which makes it difficult to leave.

regarding the agent part I dont know and im not too sure. Gholizadeh and Hosseinzadeh both played alot in Charleroi. Hossein chose to go back to Iran because he missed it or something. They were not just thrown on the bench. They Got playing time and also didnt do to bad

By the Way I have alot of friends who are Football agent and even know Mesut Ozils agent. I know how Football and transfers work. Its all about connections and networking. Football skills is Only 10%. Unless You are Messi, Ronaldo or Neymar, it almost Only comes Down to your agent.

RPL season started this weekend. First match and Hosseinnejad started and played 90’ in a 1-0 loss at Spartak. Seems he played quite well

                        This is the big problem
Qatar , UAE , Iran offer low taxes and high wages that the majority of mid tier European clubs simply cannot compete with . The result? A player has to really want to go to Europe and take a pay cut which not many Iranian footballers want- we are stuck until either there’s a salary cap for IPL domestic talent or uae and Qatar stop buying our players

but for uae and Qatar Iranians are cheaper than South Americans and Europeans with much lower transfer fees and have higher adaptability on paper we make sense for them

then there are Uzbeks who seem to see our league as a cash cow for them where they can get Hugh wages and be close to home

Just came on as a halftime sub against Orenburg and scored immediately after. Leading 1-0 early in 2nd half
