Anyone think its weird this guy doesn't get called up to TM? He's 23, and has 12 G/A in 28 games in Belgium. I get its not a top 5 Euro league but this guy is our best performing player in Europe right now...

Feels like he could be a good contrast with weak Ghaedi with his physicality in that position...he can play lw/rw/cf...could use him more than Alipour

Hasn’t been able to get a good run going since first half of season.

AFAIK his injury was pretty minor. He's been back for a few games now and will probably play today too. But regardless the last time he was called up was against Turkmenistan last year. Super strange if you ask, considering his form this season.

Personally Not a big fan of his game..!
but considering his age, physical prowess and our other wingback/wing-attacker (especially Left sided one) alternatives we got in TM currently, he certainly deserves more invites to camps than he's been afforded so far by GN....!
I Still think we should try and adapt the guy to more of LWB position to add a much needed proper depth to that position for WC..! He can't be that much worse than the gaavmullah kheeng footballer Milmo..!! ??

Arya from Gol Bezan who is friends with him has made it very clear on multiple Twitter spaces that Allahyar is not getting called by GN.

He didn't go into details, but seemed very sure about it.

Could be because Allahyar doesn't kiss GN's ass like rest of the squad and gave an honest answer about GN in an interview.

That aside, at the moment he isn't in form and barely gets minutes in a Mickey mouse club.
