Iranian coaches have and always will remain the biggest cancer to our footy. That is why I always have been anti-Iranian for TM coaching…..the more we cleanse our league and TM of these garbage jokers who call themselves coaches the better off we will be.Originally posted by mehdi13 View PostLOL ansarifard was at asian cup only 2-3 months before he retired just to reach 100 caps. My favorite was Omid Ebrahimi getting called up (1 of 4 midfielders) for Asian Cup when GN didn't play him even once in the 12+ months of games/friendlies we had leading up to it 🤣Originally posted by mehdi13 View PostLOL ansarifard was at asian cup only 2-3 months before he retired just to reach 100 caps. Yes but until we fix this element of TM culture we have a very defined ceilingOriginally posted by Pluto2000 View Post
A lot of TM players have inside connections.
One example is how Saeed Ezatollahi's dad is literally on the board of IFF and had a role in Skocic's sacking. Not to say he doesn't deserve a call up (right now he's one of our better players), but even if Eza moves to the Indian league and scores 3 own goals a game, he will still be a starter for TM until he retires. Its just how mafia politics work.
Same reason Hosseini and Aghasi are banned from TM essentially because of speaking out/doing things IFF doesn't like

Its Iranian Mafia.
Players from outside are "Khareji" and more often than not have higher standards for how they will be treated and expect.
Iranian Mafia is khodemooni and they can do what they please. Players decide who gets called up. No pressure on anyones positions.
There is a very clear political divide on which people support which mentality by the way

Under any competent coach with more than 3 functioning synapses, he would have been called up and become a regular in TM. Instead, we have stagnant IPL players and players with no clubs getting regular call ups.

I think a lot of guys here have written him off a bit too early. Might never become a star like many of us hoped for after the U17 WC, but I think this guy is going to be ok. Hope we can get a new coach and integrate him into TM.

besides his earlier career explosive pace and gritty brute force with which he used to go on his offensive run, i NEVER saw anything else eyebrow raising and impressive about this guy's game..!!Originally posted by Iran_19 View PostToo much hope on this guy, yes he probably deserve to be called but nothing in his game is that impressive to force the coach to start him at NT level! At this stage Mohebbi is clearly better than him and Ghaedi s game and style is totally different!
both him and Gholi been real disappontement(knowing how much hope everyone had on him) despite him having overall a decent season !
that is why young kids are mystery! Never rely too much on junior football stats(specially regarding iranian players) unless you are Messi or Ronaldo!
players who lack sufficient game intellect, clever approach and proper vision and purely count on their physical attributes to do their damage on the pitch are only a serious Injury away from becoming largely avg-useless afterwards...!
Mohebi is already twice the player he could ever hope to become..!
even the kootooleh with his scrunny pre-teen frame but intelligent attacking approach/ spactial awareness and sublime technical skill and goalscoring abilities would be far more formidable winger/attacker choice at int. level than AS..!
until i see him possibly regain his former explosiveness and strong physical attributes, i dont see any reason to waste a spot in call up list for AS, especially considering our already decent depth of old and young winger/attackers..!!

Thank you for this. As I mentioned Allahyar is a really close friend of mine, went to his wedding, been to his house when he was living in Hull, I know his family. But when I asked him to interview with me, that means I'm interviewing him, I'm not trying to fabricate his words. I mean truthfully it probably shouldn't have been me interviewing him because I have that relationship with him, it could easily make the interview feel fake, but I tried to distance personal stuff for the benefit of the interview.Originally posted by sam20 View PostGuys. Gol Bezan exists to help with Iranian football and it's players' development, not to ruin it. They obviously have great intentions.
It's up to a player to answer questions the way they want and in a way that protects themselves, no matter what question they're asked... No matter what wording was used in the question... The player should react accordingly and in their own best interest.... Simple as that.
