With only top 2 giving ACL spot and last 2 relegating, there is potentially 12 teams without anything to play in the last games.

Azadegan is worse with only 2 teams promoting and more teams in the league.

Maybe they should add a play off between the 14th of IPL and the 3rd of Azadegan and between the 13th of IPL and the 4th of Azadegan.

If we keep the current situation, it should help teams to launch young players in their last games. Why foolad and Esteghlal still play their dinasaur?!
