I am for ipl bringing old legionnaires back to the league but alipour k. Rezaei and zahedi come back have been a big failure. Milmo not much better

our league age average is very high. We need to implement a system that each team should have at least 15 players under the age of 25. This way it pushes the older players to really play well or leave the league.

IPL should not be a retirement league for anyone.

The pb is that a lot of the oldies have a much superior performance than the youngs. Today Zakipour that I don't rate was good. At the contrary youngies that we hyped don't progress much (shekari Aghaeipour..)
Baraje was good but he got caught once or twice.

Drastic quota won't be successful if the young aren't good to start

We already have a rule like that since last season, avg age went from 29 to 26

Torabi was the only player keeping this Persepolis team going for 3+ seasons. He left and they fell apart like paper mache, and Urunov is too feeble to be a real replacement.

Next season need proper wingers, new CBs, some midfielders, and a striker.

IMO Hashemnejad and Gholizadeh would be good players to chase. Get Zare and maybe rescue Ezatollahi from the bench in UAE. Maybe save Saharkhizan and Hosseinejad from being hostage in dehat of Russia. Keep working on Barajeh.

This season result was predictable too many old and expired players! Most of these players will probably not even being starters in some mid table teams in IPL at this stage of career

Why is Milad always play so high up! He does same thing he did for TM where he pushes up so high that when its time for counterattack he's in enemy box! I saw him more forward than Alipour
