Yes don’t forget Taremi, Kar karde Boyd when we had that critical games against Lebanon with skocic as the coach and nourallahi had to score that last minute go for use to win ….Originally posted by a_m View Post

By the way, here are fan camera angles of the goal Ramin was ONSIDE for. For the conspiracy theorists who are saying VAR spent 10 minutes creating 3D graphics instead of the simple explanation being that Ramin is just giij. He's like a foot behind him where the dark grass meets light grass

The game was rigged bro , stop trying to prove things , even if that wasn’t a goal was offside we would have lost in ET or in penalties …Originally posted by Pluto2000 View PostBy the way, here are fan camera angles of the goal Ramin was ONSIDE for. I've been around long enough to know that we love to blame everything except ourselves. There is always some excuse for us losing. It's always bribing, being on a harder side of bracket, etc.Originally posted by a_m View Post

The top thread here during group stages and quarterfinals were asking us to MATCH FIX AND THROW THE GAME against UAE to get more favorable drawings... Nice double standard some people have...
Japan game gave us hope and blinded us to the fact that this very team was just held to a near draw against HK and went to penalties against Syria. Is it that hard to believe that this team who has been struggling with defense, against minnows, finally ran out of luck?
This team has had structural problems for a WHOLE year. Those who have been watching would know why we lost so hard...writing has been on the wall. In fact I even made a very long post here about why Ramin's positioning will come back to bite us when it matters like 4-5 months ago.

I think so. UAE complained against Qatar fielding ineligible players but FIFA did not even look at it. I am sure they paid referees as well and perhaps even players.Originally posted by Pejman View Post
Do you think the same happened in 2019?
here are articles about that:

You are confusing everything bro. Just because Iran didn't play well does not in a freaking world mean that Qatar did not cheat. Come on, are you blind or just ignorant? did you see the final game???? or you were still complaining about how bad Iran played against Qatar and could not see the truth in front of your eyes?? wake up man. No one says that Iran played well ok?Originally posted by Pluto2000 View Post

No doubt there is cheating in Football and Qatar's pathway to the final was very fishy indeed.Originally posted by webmaster View Post

The only tough team they faced was Iran in the Semis and I was really expecting the kind of refereeing we got in the Syria game...but personally I was not convinced the referee was very unfair.
We played poorly defensively and have to accept that.
Cheating can take many forms and not just paying a ref, so hard to discount it entirely.
We have to move on and accept that life is not fair.
We will always have Japan 2024's scalp and that is the de facto final of the Asian games for me! Someone complained that Iran celebrated their win against Japan as if they had won the Asian games finals. We did win the Asian games as far as I am concerned.

Ramin was TOO FAR forward for the majority of his TM career, the one time he’s actually back, he’s too far back. The irony hurts so much. 🤣 I think asking Ramin to take over for Moharrami and play 5 games straight fresh off of a calf injury was too much for him at his ripe age of 34. The whole Qatar game he looked like a walking corpse with how tired he wasOriginally posted by Karimi 8 View Post

How our “coach” did not take more defenders is beyond me. Shoja had to play every match, who is also too old. His back up with an injured hossein was cheshmi who may be the slowest “athlete” I’ve ever seen. We needed at least one more CB, one versatile wing back, and a CDM back up who wasn’t 36… instesd we took all these wingers who we never played and two of the most useless ST backups everOriginally posted by Pluto2000 View Post

It’s not about taking one more CB, wing back Karimi jan. It’s about PLAYING them. We had Fallah and Aria in the squad. We just never played them. Regardless, GN had said the plan is to go young after AC so let’s have hope and see what he does.Originally posted by Karimi 8 View Post
