Wales was not a speedy team. Japan midfield will run circles around him. And on top of that he makes bone headed fatal mistakes.Originally posted by Rooyintan View Post
He has good long range shots and better stamina than Ebrahimi. Against Syria he was Full-Back. Wales game Cheshmi in MF with long range shots we need.

I don’t understand, not one single player or coaching staff has spoken to Ramin, or did he just go rogueOriginally posted by Pluto2000 View Post
Yes....this
unfortunately Ghalenoei is out of his league...too many times we've had a decent first half then completely lost the game in the second self with his stupid subs and tactics. Just the fact that Ramin hasn't been corrected yet for his outlandish defensive mistakes means he needs to GO. It doesn't matter if he wins vs Japan, I don't care.

We are all hoping for 4-2-3-1 formation with Hajsafi, Ezza and Saman in the middle. But Im afraid that isnt going to happen. We probably will have Ezza and Saman alone in midfield. And both Azmoun and Moghanlou at the top. I think he will see Moghanlou as a threat in the air and play him.
Oh and Mohebi will either start or be the first to get subbed in. I dont get why Jahanbaksh and Gholi cant play at the same time. JB can play on the left wing. But he insist on having either Ghaedi or Mohebbi at the left wing. I have no faith in Mohebbi at all

katanec is a great coach and we should've got him. He even out coached CQ. On other side Cuper is also a great manager with 30 years of experience, but i don't think he out coached GN. We played for 45 minutes with 10 men and they only managed 1 attack on our goal. GN had some disastrous subs but i don't think he was out coached by cuper.Originally posted by Damavand View PostGN keeps getting out coached. He got out coached against Uzbekistan in November, and against Hong Kong and now against Syria.
That is a sign of a poor coach.
I hope he surprises everyone and does not get out coached against Haji Baba Moriyasou.

This is not FIFA where you pick players with long range shooting stat and spam longshots 😭Originally posted by Rooyintan View Post

He was responsible for Taremi's red card today....He did a CR9 run up the field alone and lost the ball and couldn't run back in time which made Taremi have to cover for him. If Syria is out speeding him, you want him to face Ayase Ueda? I cannot believe what I'm hearing when we have at least 3 other players who are faster and more technical...
He had ONE good moment against a red carded Wales team that was parking the bus and people won't let him retire. He should not be playing for TM, he was BENCHED for Esteghlal most of last year.

Personally I can confirm that commentators on afc YouTube stream call Hong Kong hong kong China and Korea Korea republic every time they refer to them. Same with Kyrgyz RepublicOriginally posted by Artaxerxes View Post
Yes true, but for example Chinas initials are P.R China, do the say PEOPLES REPUBLIC OF CHINA every damn time the chinese team breaths?

He was a back up player. The thing about Japan is if they lose every single player in their starting XI, they still have another eleven players who play in top 5 euro leagues as their b-teamOriginally posted by Pouya View PostOk so Junya Ito, the player that was accused of sexual abuse has been sidelined from Japan's squad. How important of a player was he to Japan? Can anybody elaborate?
so not much changes

Yeah that sucks, but we have to learn to play whitout MT9 also, we cant be this square of a team that collapses because of one player, not if you want to win the cup.Originally posted by BacheLot View Postwe had a pretty decent outside chance of beating japan but mehdi dobareh rid too oon raft by getting himself suspended again..!!
