After watching the disastrously bad coaching by GN and getting out coached/classed I was shocked to see how bad of a shape he is in. I mean as a NT coach and someone who practices with players and use to be a player himself shouldn't he be in better shape? If he doesn't live by high standards and take care of his body and physique how are the players are suppose to take it? Yes I understand its more about tactics and game plan, however you should have a high standard and this comes from him not working towards perfection. As a NT coach he should have a better workout regiment and physique. I strongly believe all these little details or not so little details do matter and matters a lot.

GN and his fat stomach! Should TM coaches have a good physique requirement?

I mean ideally everyone should take the best care of their health and set standards. I don't care if GN looks like a Porteghaal Washingtoni as long as he knows how to close out a game and not lose the coaches halfOriginally posted by OSTAD POOYA View PostAfter watching the disastrously bad coaching by GN and getting out coached/classed I was shocked to see how bad of a shape he is in. This doesn't really matter. One thing GN doesn't lack is having a no-bullshit attitude and being somewhat strict in the locker room. The issue is that he is not very tactically qualified to lead national games when he faces real threat. He has talent in picking out the best players/lineups but tactically he is inept.

PFDC has talent in picking best players/lineups too so how much of a talent is that really?Originally posted by Pluto2000 View PostThis doesn't really matter. I was indirectly going for that. To be frank I was watching the game from my bed this morning and after it was tied and I saw the look on GN face and his looks that's all I was able to think about. Like is there anyone to tell this guy to get his fat ass in shape. For gods sake you are a NT coach!Originally posted by kian_khosh View Postthis is the most iranian thread i have ever read

What kabob do you think he ordered after the game? My guess is Soltani with extra riceOriginally posted by OSTAD POOYA View PostAfter watching the disastrously bad coaching by GN and getting out coached/classed I was shocked to see how bad of a shape he is in. Not a lot. Just shows how bad Iranian coaches are. His lineups aren't any worse than Skocic to me. The only difference is the inclusion of more Ghoddos, Torabi, and Rezaeian. I reckon I could pick better tactics too 🤣🤣 who subs in three defensive midfielders. A midfield three of Cheshmi-Karimi-Saeed is disgusting. He also took out Azmoun and Torabi which basically ended our goal scoring threat.Originally posted by aria32 View Post

In the end he's just a coward who is more focused on keeping his job. He should have brought in Hosseinejad for Ghoddos and Hazbavi for Shoja. I don't get why he's inviting these players if he's never going to play them? Why is he infantilizing Hosseinejad? The kid is 20 years old and plays regularly for best PGPL top 3 team. He's a grown ass man. Let him in and see how he does
