I understand what you mean, but hopefully the shock of missing 100 chances against Hong Kong will be enough to wake the boys up.

Our defense got roasted by the media (rightfully so) after the 3-1 win against Jordan, and we saw a much better performance against Qatar a couple of days later.

I think we’ll play much better and beat Uzbekistan convincingly.

I hope so. We really need that shock that we got back in 2019 from losing to bahrain and iraq. Did you honestly how unite the players were but as soon as we qualified things got out of hand. I really hope we get one shock before AC. I don't want to see us get the shock against UAE or SK which will be too late for us to recover.

Uzbekistan would be ideal IMO. I'm sure we will beat Uzbeks at home and qualify as first team .

I would say he is top 10 when it comes to professional persian player....he is goal scoring machine....in Persepolis from age of 20 to 25 he had almost 60 goals, that is very hard task to do in that age for pp, he is hustler and he give all he has for his team...just turned 28 he can be effective until ac 2027.........very focus and he cried on national TV for getting invited to tm for 2022 wc then cq cross him out and taked on ly 24 players, he is also super motivated for teammelli....what else we want .....
