Well I wanna congrats whatever or whoever planned IR and brought them in power in iran. They got what they wanted.

Iranians hating on iranians against arab and then call themselves vatan parast lol what a load of baloney.
Iranian hating their own national team. Iranian hating their own land and country lol. Sad days

Am I the only one to think that PP was doing ok considering they were playing a man down?!! Some decent passing, at times better than TM in its current state. The Al Whatever team was fairly well-stacked.

    What A sad day
it was OK until sarlak red.....
Zahedi gave me a headache not because
He used tweezer to plug his eyebrows , his header going over the bar, and taking the ball to the side of the field and going towards our own goal....

The gap between Iran and Arab countries will continue to increase as long as IR is in charge.

Upside down world we live in where the Arabs are on the right side of things…

No offense taken but that mentality is also a lie. We should stop liying to ourselves . When a Team has top quality world class players and your team doesn't even have a striker how you suppose to even score and win. And i'm not even talking about ronaldo . Players like Otavio and Mane are enough to destroy any team.

Zahedi is overrated! Just because you score goals in some crappy leagues doesn't make you automatically qualified to shine in IPL despite how much it sucks!

Torabi is the engine of team and being man down vs bunch of world stars is not helping either!
    Persepolis will bounce back!

Besides the Stadium situation, I think there a bit too much exaggerated doom and gloom in this thread.

It one match the group stage.

Let's wait and see how the rest of the competition goes.

Everything about this game is so typical of the shit situation in Iran
Horrible pitch on what is supposed to be the best stadium Iran (left to rot for 40 years)
Over the top generosity to a visiting team, over the top idolizing of their players when the focus should always be first and foremost on getting the result
Complete lack of ability and chemistry, inability to throw together even one decent attacking sequence and make one right decision in the final third
    Silly red card
Just a totally nauseating watch from start to finish.

Our teams lose before the game start.

Lack of professionalism, self belief and mental strength to sustain 90 min of discipline to stick to the plan. Things fall apart at some critical point and then is downhill from thereafter..

And everything points to the akhound regime as the root cause of this decease they spread in our country ..

Honesty we have absolutely nobody behind them. All the rest from Zahedi, Moghanlou to young players that aren't prospects are more or less the same
