Damn, from Leverkusen to Roma to Al Ahli at 29? Only transfer i remember more depressing was Karimi leaving Bayern for Qatar at 28... All that while he could have joined Wolfsburg (who won the Bundesliga a year later) and several other clubs in Europe. He even had the option to extend with Bayern for a 3rd season.

Anyways he will still be our best striker alongside Mehdi for the next 2 to 3 years so let's hope he can stay at least somewhat in shape. The best Karimi we ever saw for TM was the Al Ahli one now hopefully the Al Ahli Sardar will be the same.

So much to these guys always talking out against the Arabs of the Persian gulf only to end up playing for them(Ezza n Sardar) absolutely pathetic morons.
